Fucine Umbre specialises in the production high-stress structural components for the aerospace industry. Production capacities allow the provision of specific semi-finished and finished products, ready for use directly in assembly lines (Tier 1). There are five main applications: landing gear, wheels and brakes, control and actuations systems, rotors and transmissions, structural components. The company is certified to UNI EN 9100:2009, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007, Nadcap (FPI, MPI, UT, HT); the staff is qualified to EN4179 Level III and II.

1967: Le Fucine Umbre was founded in Terni a town characterised by the presence of highly professional workers, forged by over one century of presence of the iron and steel industry.
Right from the start, the company specialised in the use of innovative and diffucult-to-transform materials employed for the production of complex parts for the aerospace market.
2000: this year marked the beginning of the multi-annual investment plan in each productive and organizational scope, aimed at ensuring fully vertical supplies.
2008: Le Fucine Umbre had the expertise to produce moulded parts but also to offer the market items ready to be installed within assembly lines.
2015: Le Fucine Umbre became a solid industrial presence, always at the forefront and in continuous expansion, with 90% of sales made to the aeronautic sector, to clients in Europe, North America and Asia.
