NCM announces the renewal of its supply agreement with Pratt & Whitney (an RTX company), extending the collaboration through December 2032. Signed in April 2026, the renewed contract builds on a relationship established in 2016 under a previous long-term agreement.

The renewal was officially announced during a dedicated press conference held at the Farnborough International Airshow 2026—one of the world’s leading events for the aerospace and defense industries—confirming the continuation of a long-standing industrial partnership with one of the world’s leading aerospace propulsion companies.

NCM attended the event as part of the Umbria Aerospace Cluster exhibition area. The Cluster represents companies operating in Umbria’s aerospace supply chain and supported the participation of 19 regional businesses at this year’s Farnborough International Airshow.

“The event at the Farnborough International Airshow demonstrates the level of technological expertise achieved by our Group in supporting one of the world’s largest aircraft engine manufacturers,” said Domenico Galeazzi, CEO of NCM. “The presence of representatives from the Umbria Aerospace Cluster confirms our region’s commitment to developing the most advanced technologies in the aeronautical sector—a driving force for a local economy that reaches international markets and competes globally.”

Under the agreement, NCM will manufacture a range of products across multiple product families for both military and commercial aircraft engine programs. The scope of work includes the supply of components for the F135 engine, which powers the F-35 aircraft and represents the most advanced propulsion system in modern military aviation, as well as for commercial aerospace programs, including the PW1000G and PW1500G.

The cumulative value of the agreement extends over the next seven years and is expected to generate significant growth in new orders for NCM’s aircraft engine business, in line with the company’s objectives.

The extension of the agreement confirms the strength of an industrial relationship built on quality, reliability and performance, in accordance with the stringent requirements of the global aerospace supply chain. It also strengthens NCM’s role as a qualified supplier to international aerospace programs and supports the NCM Group’s long-term growth trajectory in the aerospace sector.

NCM is a qualified Pratt & Whitney supplier, operating in compliance with the stringent requirements applicable to both conventional and special processes, demonstrating the Group’s ability to meet the demanding standards of the global aerospace industry.
