AMCo S.r.l. was incorporated on 1st January 2007. A few months before the incorporation, the shareholders of the current company decided to acquire Air Assembly S.a.s. to establish this new concern. Air Assembly was founded in 1990 as an assembly company for aeronautical parts, and in 1994 it began manufacturing precision mechanical parts for third parties.

AMCo S.r.l., now in its tenth year of operation, is a solid and dynamic company, specialised in turning and milling secondary components for aeronautical products or high-tech systems.

The company extends over a surface of 1600 square meters and employs about 40 people committed to precision mechanics and to the continuous improvement of management and production processes.
