TiFast Titanium

TiFast is a European producer of titanium, from the melting process to finished bars suitable for aerospace, medical, racing and industrial markets.

TiFast built a new plant in Narni – north of Rome – using the best technologies to melt titanium ingots and to manufacture titanium bars and wires and it is equipped with its own integrated laboratories. TiFast has been accredited by the American Aerospace NADCAP, certified AS9100 for aerospace, ISO 14001 for environmental and ISO 13485 for Medical Devices.

TiFast offers a full range of heat treatments and precision finishing, including stress relieving and close tolerances (9 micron on a bar of Dia 10 mm).

Titanium will be the metal of the 21^st century: strong, light, corrosion resistant, biocompatible and environmental friendly. For example TiFast has recently succeeded to produce titanium aerospace bars with 90% mini of recycled titanium. TiFast is also preparing the future with a new building of 14.200 m2 for upcoming developments in titanium.
