OMA S.p.A. and Meccanotecnica Umbra S.p.A., Umbrian excellence in the aerospace & defense, automotive, and industrial sectors, announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at exploring potential synergies in areas of mutual interest, enhancing their respective industrial capabilities, and developing new opportunities in international markets.
Thanks to its well-established international expansion strategy, which has led Meccanotecnica Umbra to enter various foreign markets, the company represents an ideal partner to support OMA in expanding its global presence. At the same time, OMA, with its extensive experience in the aerospace & defense sector, serves as a strategic partner for Meccanotecnica Umbra, facilitating its growth in a highly regulated industry with significant entry barriers.
This synergy not only enhances the operational management of both companies—both members of the Umbria Aerospace Cluster—but also promotes supply chain development, generating a positive impact that benefits the entire Umbrian region.
